One of Dena’s favorite things about Pilates is that there are SO many ways in Pilates to correct injury and imbalances. In this Workshop you will explore and experience using the lesser known apparatus to get at these challenges and to get your entire body working as a whole from your center. When you have that knowledge in your body, you will be able to deepen and transform your teaching into more of a creative dynamic practice.
